Auto Service Plan is owned and operated by Pit Stop Limited.
Pit Stop Limited and its affiliates provide the Auto Service Plan to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or purchase from the Auto Service Plan website (www.autoserviceplan.co.nz) you accept these conditions. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to Auto Service Plan to understand our practices.
Default Currency
Unless otherwise stated, the default currency is New Zealand Dollars.
Refund Policy
If you have purchased an Auto Service Plan and it doesn’t not comply with your requirements or if you have changed your mind about the purchase you can contact us to arrange a refund within 7 days of the purchase. To request a refund within the 7-day refund period email your refund request to ar@pitstop.co.nz.
Electronic Communications
When you visit the Auto Service Plan website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Site Policies, Modification, and Severability
Please review our other policies, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Auto Service Plan. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Auto Service Plan Terms & Conditions
By purchasing your Auto Service Plan you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Service due: Your first Auto Service Plan service is valid 7 days from the date of your plan purchase.
- Service check: Comprehensive 2 & 3 year Auto Service Plans covers up to 5 litres of an oil grade rating as per manufacturers recommendations and one oil filter to the value of $30.00. Signature 3 year Auto Service Plan covers up to 4 litres of 10w/30 grade oil and one oil filter to the value of $16.00. All plans are service check plans only and do not constitute nor form the basis of a repair plan. The plan holder will receive a 5% discount on parts should repairs be necessary, following the service check.
- Service ceiling: Plan holders who elect to use their service/WOF check allocation before the plan end date can purchase a new 2 or 3 year Auto Service Plan.
- Arrears: Service Plans that are purchased on payment plan terms cannot be in arrears at the time of servicing.
- Transferability: Auto Service Plans are not transferable.
